Rose Adkins has worked in senior executive positions at The Hollywood Reporter, Sundance Institute and Universal Pictures. After Universal Pictures, she oversaw all foreign distribution for Ralph Farquhar, producer of TV shows such as Married with Children and the Real Husbands of Hollywood. Since 2008, she launched her own production and distribution company called TAG, The Adkins Group and most recently, ScreenHits. She studied at the University of Southern California and California State University, Northridge, where she received a B.S. degree in Business Administration. Rose is responsible for the vision, direction, business development and daily management of ScreenHits.

Danielle Bennison-Brown is Director of Video Content of Condé Nast Britain. Heading up a dedicated central video team, she works alongside the editorial and commercial teams of leading media brands including Vogue, GQ, Wired and Glamour to create high quality video content for a combination of digital platforms. In addition to her remit for Condé Nast Britain, Danielle provides input for key Condé Nast International markets. Formerly i-D's Global Head of Video, she directed the media brand's video content strategy whilst overseeing production and commissioning. Danielle carved a unique and instantly recognisable style for i-D's visual output, and the video platform generated 17 million views in under 12 months, helped in part by the pioneered trend for ‘edutainment’ videos, with strands such as the A-Z and Model Mother Tongue series. She has spotlighted individuals within fashion and culture, including: Dries van Noten, Cara Delevingne, Tim Blanks, Rick Owens, Jourdan Dunn, Jean Paul Gaultier and Chloe Sevigny. Danielle was previously Commissioner and Senior Content Strategist at NOWNESS.

ALEX BODEN -- Producer, Pistachio Pictures
Alex Boden started out his career in Production working on dramas and feature films at Pinewood Studios for companies including Carnival Films. He launched Pistachio Pictures together with Susan Jacobson in 1999 with a focus on working with the very best directing and writing talent - on projects with a clear target audience.  Recent projects include the ground-breaking Netflix Original series SENSE8 from the Wachowskis, Joe Straczynski and Tom Tykwer, which released in 54 countries on the same day, June 5th 2015.  Other credits include 400+ festival selections to date, credits with highlights such as The Wachowskis’ Cloud Atlas with Tom Hanks and Halle Berry, Ed Zwick’s Defiance with Daniel Craig, Susan Jacobson’s Fantasporto-winning thriller The Holding and Florian Habicht’s film about Britpop legends PULP, which premiered at SXSW 2014, winning NME Best Music Film 2015.  A Drama and German Honours graduate of the University of Exeter (UK), Alex trained at Binger Film Lab in Amsterdam and the Berlinale Talent Campus and is the only UK producer member of the German French Film Academy.

Triona Campbell is a three time Emmy nominated producer of numerous Transmedia, film and TV projects and a director of beActive. She was the producer of the first UK series to cross from online to Television, Sofia’s Diary, produced in association with Sony Pictures and Television International and sold by Sony International, re-versioned for the Chinese market as Su fei ri ji. She produced the first drama series for social networking site Pinterest (Beat Girl, a transmedia project which also included a book, webisodes, android & iPhone game, Emmy nominated Kids series and Movie).  Her web series Girl Heart Boy partnering with Penguin UK was the first partnership between a Digital Content Studio and a major publishing house. Her cross platform project Collider a time travel sci fi based at CERN (digital comic book, apps, game, web series and Motion Picture) was nominated for an Emmy. Additionally Triona has also Co-produced the THE KNOT feature film featuring Mena Suvari and Noel Clarke, released through Universal pictures and other TV series and Transmedia credits include the award winning AISLING’S DIARY which won back to back kidscreen awards for best teen drama in NY and factual Transmedia series 350 SOUTH (which started on line and transferred to Television and was named ‘one to watch’ by the Los Angeles times). In 2009 she was nominated for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the year awards and was made an Ambassador for female entrepreneurs by the EU.

TINA CESA AWARD -- Executive Producer-Writer-Director
Tina Cesa Ward started her career as a writer and director on several short films. Most notably her short film IN THEIR ABSENCE screened in over a dozen festivals around the world, was awarded five times both domestically and abroad and was named one of the best short films of the decade by Festival de cortos MíraLes in 2011.   In 2008, Tina jumped into the web world and for three seasons Tina was the Executive Producer/Writer/Director of one of the web’s first hit indie drama series, ANYONE BUT ME which has reached over 40 million views and has brought home nearly ever industry award, highlighted by Tina (along with Susan Miller) winning the first ever Writers Guild of America Award for Original New Media. In 2012 Tina (along with Susan Miller) took home the International Academy of Web TV award for Best Writing (Drama). Tina has been nominated several times for her directing as well, and in 2013 won the International Academy of Web TV Award for Best Directing (Drama.) Other nomination highlights include Webby nominations and Streamy Award nominations.  In 2011 Tina debuted the critically acclaimed GOOD PEOPLE IN LOVE, which DIGIDAY calls “…a new milestone for online video series.” Tina also took home a Rome Web Award in 2014 for Best Dialogues for the series. In the fall of 2013 Tina’s series, PRODUCING JULIET,made its world premiere at Raindance WebFest and it has gathered its own share of award nominations, including 2014 & 2015 Indie Series Award nominations for Tina’s writing and direction and in 2015 Tina won the International Academy of Web TV Award for Best Writing (Drama.)

RICHARD DAVIDSON-HOUSTON -- Head of All 4 and Digital Content
Richard is responsible for the All 4 ‘channel’ and for the commissioning of digital content at Channel 4. Richard joined Channel 4 in 2007 and, following a successful relaunch of Channel4.com, was appointed to Head of Channel 4 Online in 2010. In 2015 he was promoted again to become Head of All 4 and Digital Content. Prior to joining Channel 4, Richard was with Microsoft's Online Group for five years in a variety of creative and commercial roles, the last of which was Business Manager of the UK division. He has worked in digital since 1995, has founded two start-ups and has consulted to some of the world's best known brands.

SAM DELANEY -- Executive Producer, Studio 60 Billion
Sam Delaney was the launch editor of ComedyCentral.co.uk and commissioner of all their new digital formats. Comedy Central's first major online commission, KSI: Demolished generated 3 million views in its first two weeks. ComedyCentral.co.uk also secured a number of other breakout hits, including exclusive sketches made with Slash, Cheryl Cole, Keith Lemon and Eamonn Holmes. Sam has been a broadcaster and journalist for the past seventeen years. His writing appears in The Guardian and The Telegraph and he has previously written for everyone from the NME to The Big Issue. He was editor in chief of Heat magazine from 2009 to 2011. He is the author of two books - Get Smashed, published by Scepter in 2007; and Night Of The Living Dad, published by John Murray in 2009. His third book, Made Men and Bad Men, is about political advertising. He presents radio shows on talkSPORT and BBC London and has written and presented documentaries for Channel Four, Channel Five and BBC Three. In 2015 Sam left Comedy Central to start his own digital production company, Studio 60 Billion.

DANIELA DILORIO -- Host, WebVee Guide
Daniela DiIorio has worked as an on-screen and voice-over actress for over 10 years and is one of the main players in an acting troupe for Happy Little Guillotine Studios — a successful production house and creative agency responsible for some of the biggest digital series on the web.  Most recently, Daniela was one of the lead actors in a TruTV pilot for the sketch show, Six Degrees of Everything, and can currently be seen being overtly sarcastic in three national CreditKarma commercials.  Aside from her recent work, Daniela has starred in two seasons of the award-winning, critically-acclaimed digital series, Leap Year, and one season of the also-award-winning and also-critically-acclaimed digital series, Break a Leg. She has also acted in a variety of branded spots for companies like Samsung, SAP, Zappos, Arby’s, Chili’s and many more. Her voice can be heard in an upcoming animated series for Machinima, entitled, Escape from Team Fortress, as well as a number of commercials for Omni Hotel, OurTime, the Canadian Armed Forces and one super duper secret project that she wishes she could write about in her bio but, currently, kind of can’t.  Finally, Daniela is the host and face of WebVee Guide — an online network dedicated to covering entertainment in the digital space.

Mike Fly has been producing and directing for the web for over 10 years on a variety of projects: corporate campaigns, branded content, web series and shorts. His web series credits include But I’m Chris Jericho, Body Buds, Comedy Bar, Space Janitors, the Improv Monologue Project, The Casting Room, Sexy Nerd Girl and Versus Valerie. He also produces and directs shorts for The Second City Network and his work can be seen on the TV Special The Second City Project. His numerous TV credits include CBC’s Street Cents, Exposure, Living Vancouver, Corner Gas and I, Martin Short, Goes Home. He also produced and directed the feature length documentary David Shepherd: A Lifetime of Improvisational Theatre. Mike has also performed across Canada, the USA and in Europe as an improvisor.

PETER GERARD -- Director of Audience Development and Content Operation, Vimeo
Peter Gerard grew up in Missouri, where as a teenager he made his first award-winning documentary and created and ran the Bargain Basement Film Festival for several years.  He then founded Accidental Media and relocated to Edinburgh, Scotland, where he finished the feature documentary “Just to Get a Rep“ for international television distribution. Running Accidental Media for more than ten years, Peter produced and directed a range of documentaries, music videos, and short films, and picked up many awards, including a BAFTA Scotland New Talent Award. Peter also built award-winning websites and is webmaster for The D-Word - the premiere online community portal for documentary professionals. In 2010, Peter founded Distrify to pioneer “direct-to-fan” digital film sales by inventing a shareable movie trailer that included a built-in buy-button and the easiest affiliate rewards system ever. In 2013 Peter won the British Council’s Creative Enterpreneur Award and was named in the h.Club 100 list by The Hospital and The Guardian Culture Professionals Network.  As a thought leader in digital distribution and marketing, Peter is regularly invited to speak at film festivals (Cannes, Sundance, Amsterdam, London, etc.) and to teach workshops for film producers. In 2014, Peter moved to New York to join the team at Vimeo as Director of Audience Development and Content Operations. Peter executes and manages marketing campaigns and partnerships for Vimeo’s Audience Development team, with a particular focus on expanding the Vimeo On Demand solution for selling films and series.

KATHLEEN GRACE -- Chief Creative Officer, New Form Digital
Kathleen Grace is Chief Creative Officer at New Form, an independent venture between Discovery Communications, Brian Grazer, Ron Howard and leaders in the entertainment industry formed in April 2014. Grace is charged with driving the next generation digital studio’s mission to develop high-quality, scripted and unscripted programming for today’s digital audiences. Before assuming her current leadership role with New Form, Grace served as Head of Creative Development for YouTubeSpace LA, a 41,000 square foot facility dedicated to YouTube content creators and collaboration. Prior to joining YouTube, she was Vice President of Production and Programming at Next New Networks, which was acquired by YouTube in 2011. In this capacity, she oversaw the production of original series and spearheaded work with emerging online talent. Grace also has created several notable web series, including the critically acclaimed The Burg and Vuguru’s mockumentary The All for Nots. Grace attended McGill University and is based in Los Angeles, California.

BABY ISAKO -- Creator, Venus vs Mars
Baby (pronounced as Babi) Isako is a screenwriter whose stories are known for their unique themes, direct dialogue and richly detailed black characters. Among her best known works are The Love is a Losing Game plays and Venus Vs Mars series.  Isako's first play, Love is a Losing Game, was released in 2010. It told the stories of a young group of university friends who were trying to discover love. The play received great reviews, selling out 6 shows. She followed it up in 2011 with Love is a Losing Game Part 2.  Her next sold out Play, Bag Ladies (2012), follows the lives of four women who deal with a different personal conflict such as: abuse, religion, identity and abortion. In 2014, she released Bag Ladies as a short film, which was screened at Festival de Cannes 2014 Short Film Corner and was in official selection for the International Black Women festival.   Venus Vs Mars (2011) became the first web series by Isako . Venus vs. Mars is a romantic comedy-drama series about one young woman’s quest to find true love. Isako received a number of accolades for this work, winning best web series at the Screen Nation awards and having over half a million views online. The hit web drama was commissioned by BSKYB and released on April 9th 2015 on Sky Living.
